About Pregnancy Personal Training

Pregnancy PT will take you through each trimester, providing a wide range of exercises to keep your body feeling strong and help to empower you to prepare for the birth of your baby. The sessions will be tailored on a week-by-week basis to accommodate you as an expectant mum and cater for your individual needs, depending on your energy levels and fitness. You will be guided through the sessions by a fully qualified pre- and postnatal coaching specialist, so you can be guaranteed that the workouts are safe and effective.

Who is it for?

Pregnancy PT is suitable for people who are pregnant from 12 weeks onwards. Please ensure that the PARmed-X pregnancy form is completed by your healthcare provider (GP) and returned to Aoife before you begin your PT sessions. You will receive a link to the form once you have booked your place.
