When?

Wednesday & Friday lunchtime: 1pm - 1.45pm (BC Fitness, Ballyjamesduff)

The classes will take place on the following dates: 2nd, 4th, 9th, 11th, 16th, 18th, 30th April & 2nd May.

No classes 23rd & 25th April.

Course Structure

The course will run in 4-week, 5-week & 6-week blocks, depending on the time of year in line with school holidays. You have the option of choosing 1 or 2 days per week.

Class Options

We offer flexible plans to suit your schedule and fitness goals:

- 1 Class Per Week: Perfect if you're looking to maintain your fitness and build strength at a steady pace.

- 2 Classes Per Week: Ideal for those who want to see faster progress and take their conditioning to the next level.

All classes are sold in 4-week, 5-week & 6-week blocks, giving you the consistency you need to see real results.

PAYG option is available but works out more expensive and to keep you consistent block booking in advance is advised.

Classes are not postpartum specific

Aoife is a fully qualified pre- and postnatal coaching specialist and provides postpartum specific training through her Reconnect & Rebuild Mum & Baby Fitness Course. These lunchtime classes are separate to that.

These lunchtime classes will not be postpartum specific, and they will not facilitate bringing babies along.

These classes will be for anyone to join, once you are over the age of 18, any gender, any fitness level, everyone is welcome!

What to Expect 

Each session is a mix of strength training, conditioning drills, and functional movements designed to increase your overall fitness. Expect a dynamic workout that includes:

- Strength Training: Build muscle, improve endurance, and boost your metabolism with targeted strength exercises.

- Conditioning: Enhance your cardiovascular health and stamina with high-intensity conditioning drills.

- Functional Movements: Improve your flexibility, balance, and coordination through functional exercises that mimic everyday activities.
