“The fastest way to get where you want to be is to go slow.” – Unknown.

Starting slow and taking the time that you need to recover, will benefit you greatly in the long-run. There is no rush with getting back to exercise and training post-birth, but there are habits that you can put in place in the early days and weeks following delivery that will help you to recover optimally. Putting these habits in place will allow you to create a solid foundation, that you can gradually build upon, that will enable you to reach your full potential and become the strong, capable mum that you wish to be.

Getting to where you want to go, means accepting where you are currently at, respecting the momentous journey that your body has undergone to grow and birth your baby, and honouring your body as it is now, in this moment.
